Our competence area Sourcing Implementation delivers proven best practice modules for the implementation of their individual sourcing strategy to our clients. Our experiences and services range from the implementation of internal service units at near- or off-shoring locations, over the outsourcing of corresponding IT and BPO services to external service providers, to back- or insourcing of third-party services back into the internal organization or to a new service provider.
